it is just the way capcom decided to use move basically it has nothing to do with the move, if you try mag you would know what we meant as move can do the camera movement when you hit the edge, personally i did not find it hard to use move with re5 at all in fact i found it easier than ds3, but it does take time to get used to the control, you have to use the analogue stick to move the camera and your right about the sniper gun, also the same thing happens when controlling guns mounted on vehicles
, still overall i loved re5 with move, wheras before i used to spend to long targeting enemies with ds3 alone.
finally capcom did decide to stick with what they know works best they have the exact same controls for re4wii edition, just to make things clear, capcom were lazy, and you need to have patience otherwise when you go to mag you will still be owned because mag has very precise move controls, so much it can make it hard to adapt to at first:-p
