Forums - Sony - Move is pissing me off

So I bought move tuesday and I was playing sports champions and was amazed at the accuracy but then I put in re5 and then the anger begins. When I move the controller only the gun moves not the camera...wtf? If I want to use move to shoot I have to move the analog on the nav and move....it's fucking easier just to use the ds3! If this is what dead space 2 and kz3 will be like I'm taking it back. I tried playing vs with it....i got fucking raped, I had to use the rifle to be any help to my friend. For games like SC yes....re5 fuck no.

Has anyone else tried move with vs or mercs?

oh yeah, when I move the controller one way I can't move it again. If I aim up and then move the controller down the gun stays aimed up.

I really didn't sit down to count the flaws, but all I remember was that the controls for RE5 with Move were so horrible  that I never went back to play it. And that was like 2 months ago.

Umm, Move is basically the savior of RE5. RE5 is shit without Move for the soul prupose that it's much easier to aim and if I had to move my cursor over the the left side of the screen just to turn left then I would not play this game at all. It's alot easier using the Navigator to turn because you can keep your cursor on your enemies but turn at the same time to get at other enemies.

For the DS3 on mercenaries I had a hard time getting 60k points but with the Move I can get 120k on each level now, I guess your just not used to the control style. There are other control styles in the main menu but I don't know if there's one that suits you. Just hard luck I guess.

yeah, I gave up on mine too, ds3 for me.

i actually dont mind the controls for it and i play much better with move,

KZ3 isnt controlled the same why and i didnt know dead space 2 was going to use move?

Also, I played the RE4: Wii edition alot as well so that could factor in why I loved the controls so much.

Really? I'm the exact opposite lol. The other thing that bugs me is i can't super run with wesker using move.....that run saves me from everything!

Guy at gamestop told me. I'm getting the special edition that comes with extraction and I know move will work with that.

I don't think they aren't using for dead sapce 2

they r just using it for Extraction ,YES THAT WII GAME ON DS2 DISC :D

Pretty sure most shooters are going to control more like MAG, maybe play the demo of that with move
