Simple and Clean from the first Kingdom Hearts. That song, combined with the game's ending, made me cry for the first time during a video game.

Hmmm I don't really have a favorite actually.

Right now I'm really enjoying Dream Duel (Touhou).

As far as classic songs go, Frog's Theme (Chrono Trigger) and Delicate Affection (Seiken Densetsu III) are pretty good IMO.
