There is a new Forza 2 bundle? You know the bundle is Forza 3 and not Forza 2 right? Forza 2 is a pretty old game, not to mention you should look at the shipping for that item. Some resellers try to trick people by marking the price low but gouging them on the shipping. This also saves them on listing/selling charges.
