yep the move was suppose to be released with the Eye toy but they couldn't get the ball to light up properly to be tracked by the camera. 

But you can see that vid had calibration and everything.

A copy? Not really... This is actually well thought out and interesting, something they have had in R&D, and not only BOUGHT OUT the company who's actually been working on the tech. It's a difference. This is not a device they came out with 7 years ago with MINOR improvements, this is something a little bit more exciting and different... Some companies lack creativity, others don't.
