Whereas in China kids aren't even allowed to look left or right when sitting at their desk.

And then they wonder why the new generation of middle class chinese are so much smarter than their American counterparts. Funny thing is, education in China is state-funded. Some people think the reason why the American education system is going to crap is because of public schools.

Hey now, to be fair.

How likely is it a kid who gets D's is going to be more successful then a kid who gets F's.

Better to just get him out of the school system early, and get him into the workforce sooner.
