In my opinion, I don't believe console FPSs should be compared to PC FPSs. Bungie specifically made Halo and Halo 2 for the Xbox, and were ported over to the PC and were bad ports (Halo 2 on the PC was basically the same experience on the Xbox after 3 years). It's pretty obvious Bungie would've taken a different approach if it were to be developed on the PC, especially the controls and online system (it currently blows every other console FPS online modes out the water).

how about that.. thats exactly what I stated over a million times. Halo is average. Its not bad just average.

That game is actually a bit of a masterpiece in my opinion, I have never ever seen another Java program that complicated. Of course I know little about java so I may be wrong but I think RS is an extremely nifty bit of programming.
