I would have to counter that with- Even if GT5's graphics somehow do not look as fantastic as they should- it will still be miles ahead (visually) of any previous racing game ever made.

Why are these people desperate. IMO GT5 is pure elegance and class, and I am sure this is why you do not support it.

 Yeah, I Have no class. Burnout is my favourite, I hope you have a class. Also never really bothered for graphics in a racing game as long they are descent and it has good gameplay. Desperate? You desperately are waiting for a racing game to do justise of your money spent in PS3. Anyway, if you really love GT, thats fine with me...And never said there is a racing game that looks better than GT5. I'm talking about games generally. I suppose youwere too boggled and amazed to understand that. cheers...

 Your's and mine both brother!! Btw which brand is yours I just got myself a 40 inch Samsung. Ratchet and clank looks awesome on it let alone Uncharted. Back on topic if this game really ends up running natively 1080p at 60fps then I will really be lost for words.

For the record, I own both GT3 & GT4 (although I neither play racers, nor am a "car nut" - although some of my friends are!).

If I end up with a PS3 down the track (i.e. in 2-3 years time), I'll definitely consider buying GT5. It does look awesome, and very realistic.

 Totally agree with you. The car's and buildings look great but the people watching on the sides dont look as good.

I'm not sure why but...they look WRONG.

My brain is confused, they look like real life but have enough imperfections for them to look not like real life....which makes me interpet them as looking really weird.

I'm sorry but for the GT haters the GT Prologue demo wipes the floor with any racing game out right now when it comes to gameplay.

Yes, the Prologue demo is nice, but it doesn't wipe the floor. The physics and driving/gameplay in forza2 is still better, but we will see about the final version.

I think Forza 2 gameplay is alittle overrated. I think PGR4 had better gameplay then Forza 2.
