I noticed that it slipped to April 7 at GameStop's web site. Looks like just another delay... At least it will be easy to do conference presentations for Sony in 2008. Just take out last summer's MGS4, KZ2, LittleBigPlanet, GT5 presentations and reuse them.

I thought the beta was gonna happen this year with a release in Spring? A (now canned) demo is news to me.

Earlier in the year when the game was first shown, I think it was around E3 maybe? People were touting LBP as a "system seller" and one of the biggest PS3 games. When it was found that it won't be released until 08, they started hyping up the release of the demo.

Actually, it was first shown on GDC'07. I was there and it was an unbelievable demo, right after the first ever "Home" demo and prior to the shitty, boring SingStar/SingStore demo...

Anyway LBP's characters, the game music and the game play made me very happy, I was laughing hard... this is going to be a good game. Good fun.

First of all which library is better is completely subjective. The fact that you try to assert that one is clearly better just makes you look like a fanboy.

Second of all, you're the first one to bring up Miyamoto so you're gonna have to deal with that obsession alone. As for a delay, you are responding to a speculative comment with a justification like its already a fact...defensive much?

I do however agree there will probably still be a demo. But when is anyone's guess at this point.
