They only put Halo 3 as 1 because of all the hype and popularity. The Orange Box and Super Mario Galaxy slaughter it by far I think.

Any list where Ace Combat 6 even ranks is pretty much worthless. It's a mass media news source and they'll focus on the games that got mass media attention (Halo 3).

For me GOTY has been a relative tie between Orange Box and SMG, with Bioshock them by a bit.
