I own a wii out of the three, so maybe my opinion is less valued. Overall Wii is my favorite. Mario, Zelda, Smash bros have all been amazing this gen. PS3 may have greater variety among their games, but Nintendo taps into some of my favorite genres; arcade racers, platforming, fighting, puzzle.  There's also the occasional excellent use of motion in Boom Blox Bash Party, Red Steel 2, Wii sports Resort.

I'm kind of an idealist in terms of the industry.  I can't draw myself to supporting Sony, no matter how fun Tekken and Ratchet & Clank are.

Recently getting into PC gaming, 360 seems less beastly. 

I started this generation off getting a 360 because it was the only "next gen" console out at the time, and the price of the PS3 was way too high for me.

After having a few 360's break on me, I decided to go with the PS3 and haven't had any regrets whats-so-ever with the trade.. As you can see, I own all 3 Playstations and plans to continue to support Sony for as long as they continue to make consoles.

Wii pretty easily. While I use to enjoy a lot of the kind of games that were on Ps1 and PS2 I just dont that much anymore. However, I have always enjoyed platforming (2D more than 3D) and arcadey games. I love games  you can just put in and have fun with friends with. Even if they have never touched said game before.

360, for sure. I also own the PS3, and used to own the Wii.

PS3 preferred.

I've owned 2 360's.

My preferred console is the PC.  Even if someone suggest PC is not a console (PC is more than a console) yet when given a choice of which system I prefer "console" games on  most of the  time  it's the PC. If there's something wrong with the game or it has poor AI like F1 2010 there are ususally modders who fits the game.  

 Between ps3 vs 360  as a sim racers I have to go with PS3 (better support) since Microsoft has stopped producing their 360 wheels.
