RE4 didn't move either. I could have sworn it did, having not played it since 2008, but upon checking,it locked the screen when you readied your weapon and only the left analog stick adjusted the camera plane.
I think the FOV for RE4 is a bit wider than that of RE5, which would mean less moving of the camera required while aiming.
Whatever it was, RE4 Wii still felt like it played a bit better than RE5 Move, which surprised me. I actually stopped using the Move controls even though I bought RE5 Gold just for that.
