It depends. If I sleep in my bed, which I don't do too often, I sleep in my boxers. If I sleep on my couch, which is quite often, I am in boxers, pj pants/shorts, and a shirt. I rarely sleep nude, but do it on occasion. I guess I less often sleep nude because my dog will sometimes sleep in the bed with me. I love my dog, but really don't want to have genital contact with her.
Speaking of pj pants, I have to have one of the cheesiest pairs in the world. I won them at one of those gift-swapping parties a few years ago. They are blue, have a cartoon corn-man on them, and have the words "Me so corny" plastered all over them. Truly God-awful, but comfy as hell.
