During a Kinect launch event, an army of dancers took over Times Square in New York to play Harmonix's launch title Dance Central. Looks like a pretty crazy scene. R&B star Ne-Yo is also performed. Here's a link to a video, hopefully we'll find some better footage soon so check back.

500 million dollars at work.

Lots of people dancing when it panned over to the right.  Fairly certain they didn't catch any of the 500million...

Ne-Yo is whack.. and all the people staged to dance, kind of cheesy to be honest. But I cant wait to try this out for myself.

You know alot of core and hardcore gamers are bashing Kinect because of its casual launch lineup but the more I think about it the more I realize I want to pick one up soon. I can only play so many shooters, hack n' slashs, fighters etc. Kinect would actually give me a different experience plus my gf would finally play a game with me. Plus the voice command and video chat would be sweet.

Go buy you a Wii and a PS3.

Dance Central is the reason why Kinect will be successful.

I have a PS3 and the Wii sucks in my opinion and my girlfriend sold her Wii. I don't think she wants another one.
