1) It's not a fake.
2) Design is not set in stone.
3) It still might never come out.
4) It's probably not the portable console you are looking for. Buy a real PSP instead.
5) Id buy it day one _if_ it weren't a phone, but rather an android iTouch like device that could download PSP/PS1 games from PSN.
I say not a phone because these days I don't even use my cell phone for anything other than being a portable computer in my pocket. All calls go to my google voice inbox, which then get emailed to me.
