Uncharted 2, God of War III, etc is all you need to look at to see that this is true.

Then you look at Gran Turismo 5, Infamous 2, Killzone 3, The Last Guardian to further prove this.

Finally you look at a game like Final Fantasy Versus XIII just to top it all off.

It's good to see that a handful of devs have really taken the effort to use the PS3's hardware the way it was designed. Hopefully their example will show more third parties that the investment is indeed worth it.
