a question like this is total nonsense. Even a lot of the launch titles would have maxed out the PS3. Maxing the hardware out is dead easy. The trick lies in getting the most out of the limitations of the hardware. Therein lies the true challenge of the coder and which is why we will see ever improving games both in graphics and complexity over the lifetime of the console. The games released in 5 years time will look vastly superior to anything released today. This applies to any console.
