I agree with the others. You can't add games like Heavy Rain, Resident Evil as they simply were not made with the controller in mind. They don't actually change the game one bit. You shake the old controller, you shake the new controller. It doesn't actually change the game. It is a bit like plugging in a joystiq to play games on the PC. You don't need it to play the games and most people decide not to.
If the game was designed for the hardware then it should count. Because otherwise your just going to end up with a lot of games in the list when they eventually go compatible with the hardware. Like for example say MS decided to make say Plants vs Zombies Kinect compatible (it is just a matter of time) then should that count? The same for games like Fable, if they add a Kinect bit to the game which i have no doubt they will eventually then should that count?
My opinion is no. Games that were designed from the ground up around the technology should only be used. Games like Sports Champions and Kinect Sports. You can only play it with the hardware, you can't play it without it. If however a game is created giving you the option of both experiences i.e Forza 4 where you can use a controller and have one type of experience, or use no controller and have a totally different experience then it should count as technically they are two games in one. They were designed with the two different user bases from the start in mind. But for games like Heavy Rain it is as i said just like pulling out the mouse and putting in a joystiq. The controller is not key to the game, it doesn't effect the game at all.
