I never used cheats (hell I didn't even know they exist) until I started to play RTS games on PC when I was around 10, so the fist game I beat without cheat = the first game I beat, which unfortunately I no longer remember.

My first games were Super Mario Bros. and Marble Madness and if I recall correctly Marble Madness was the first one I beat so I'd go with Marble Madness. I didn't start using any cheats till much later.

I defeated Super Mario World but I'm not certain if it was the first game that I beat. I remember watching my friend defeat Super Mario Bros. on the NES but I can't remember if I got around to defeating it myself. Those were good times :).
