It is generally a placeholder for TBA 2011. I doubt Sony would blow it this hard this holiday season, so I would not worry.

^this.

though i would bring this damn game out before december, since Sony has to get some Cash out of the holiday season.

I'm a Foreigner, and as such, i am grateful for everyone pointing out any mistakes in my english posted above - only this way i'll be able to improve. thank you!

november 2 was the original date before the delay im goin to say it going to come in 2011 but in january prolly like the first week but not the first of jan

Nope, LBP 2 releases around that time.

OT: It's obviously a place holder - one that's too far ahead. I wouldn't count it out for a late Nov/early Dec release.

And how would that be any different than it was originally?

The way it was before was Nov 2 - GT5 & LBP2 - Nov 16. Obviously, that way wasn't going to work. Why would that then be repeated? And, when has Sony released two of their biggest current gen Ips that close together?

It's not Sony's but FFXIII was a week away from God of War III.

And? FFXIII isn't an exclusive nor owned by Sony. GT5 is their biggest franchise, I doubt they'd release it that close to another one of their franchises.

Regardless, I'm not sure why people are running with this anyway. Unless Sony said GT5 is releasing in Jan (which they haven't), the whole topic is pointless.

Thanks for repeating my first three words.

So what's your reasoning for Motorstorm: Pacific Rift, LittleBigPlanet, and Resistance all in a two week period back in 2008?

How well did they all sell relative to that? 2008 is also not 2010, I'm sure they've learned a thing or two about launching games so close together. And I repeated your words because it fit in the context.

Either way, I'm not sure what you're on about, I've said nothing that doesn't make sense here. GT5 is their largest exclusive franchise. Why then would they release it so close to LBP2? That's twice I've asked that.

Why are you changing your argument? You asked me when Sony has released their biggest franchises together, and I gave you an example, and now you wanna talk about sales. I don't know why they'd want to, but stop pretending like they haven't done it before when they clearly have.
