This my last post on the topic in this thread as it's derailing (we can continue this in another thread). You impose design onto chaos. There are a number of redundant proteins and organs (the appendix immediately comes to mind) in a range of organisms. What you see as evidence of design is simply human interpretation and modelling to make sense of a complex and chaotic system. The same is true of the metabolome shown in the link. You can take a protein sequence, run a multiple sequence alignment and find numerous homologous proteins, yet only a small number of mutations can completely change a protein mechanism, rate, pH and stability, which can then have a knock on effect on metabolic pathways. What I find amazing is you'll completely ignore the vast amounts of evidence placed in front of you in multiple threads, from peer reviewed papers and find small out of context quotes that you think somehow support your misinterpretation and misunderstanding of science. |
If you watch any huge city above from great distance you would also see it looks chaotic. Wall Street looks extremely chaotic up close. If you look under the hood of most cars today they also look chaotic especially compared to older cars. So we have examples of human design that appears chaotic on the surface but they are not.
It's the same with randomness, Lottery seems to be governed by randomness on the surface yet we know lotteries are very much designed so to bring in the most money to the ones who are running them.
