Sony spends most of their budget making games and not marketing them. Microsoft spends most of their budget marketing instead of making games.
Both turn out to be proftiable methods in the end because microsoft can get the word out more and expect massive sales for one title but sony just has more games for people to buy. What do you guys think of this? Which method do you prefer more?

Clearly you missed the part in yesterday's thread where it was noted that Sony Corp has a marketing budget of 5 billion, roughly 4 to 5 times Microsofts.
I understand that people prefer one company to another, that isn't a big deal, but not EVERYTHING Microsoft does is wrong...or inferior to Sony.

i never said that microsoft is doing anything wrong. In fact in my thread i mentioned how both methods are profitable. I think you are trying to create an argument with yourself.

HAHA, yes you caught me, I'm probably the most argumentative poster on this site, good eye!
I think that the difference is that Sony chooses to invest less of their marketing budget n the PS3 than Microsoft chooses to invest in the 360, even though Sony's marketing budget is significantly higher. Given the information I have, that would be what I say the difference between the two is.
