So i want to get the 800mp u get for spending 2400 mp in october, cause then I can just use it on the new halo map pack.

ATM these are the things im buying since i would buy them anyway..

ME2 Lair of the shadow broker - 800

Alan Wake the write - 560

lol. hang on to 800 pts for the maps.

I LOVE paying for Xbox Live! I also love that my love for it pisses off so many people.

Luckily, you can demo every single game in the XBLA.  Try these and tell us what you think

  • Comic Jumper
  • Limbo
  • Shank
  • Earthworm Jim
  • Monday Night Combat

If you like them, you can buy with confidence.  And 'Splosion Man is an awesome choice.  It's fast, frantic, and funny.  It's tough as nails, though.

  • Perfect Dark
  • Defense Grid: The Awakening
  • The Maw

themanwithnoname's law: As an America's sales or NPD thread grows longer, the probabilty of the comment "America = World" [sarcasticly] being made approaches 1.

Braid is great but short with zero replay value. What arcade games do you have already?

TMNT (1989 Arcade)

lol...a lot of games being suggested are 1200 and 400 pts

Here are the best games for 800 pts.

Splosion man, Geometry Wars 2, perfect dark, Scott pilgrm the game, Braid...

However, if you haven't played it, Castlevania SOTN is the best game you can buy for 800 pts on xbox live...or 10000000 points actually. True story :)

Hmm, ok. Thanks for the suggestions, I'm gonna try the demos for all of them when i can. Hopefully I'll have enough bandwith to download these :/

Looks like I'm late to the party, but let me just add my support to the voices saying Splosion Man, Geometry Wars 2, and Braid...

This thread is already dead but I'm behind on my reading.  Anyway, try Castle Crashers, too.  Leveling up and multi-player mixed with lots of humor!
