Forums - Gaming - Recommend me a 21-29" TV

Hmm, that one does look pretty nice, hopefully something like that will be around when I buy the TV (probably January if I do).  I don't mind going bigger than 29", I just figure that's the good generic range I'm going for.

I've never heard anything bad about Westinghouse - a friend actually had one shipped to him a couple years ago from the USA as it was the smallest HDTV with 1080P at the time (was a 32") and had the most inputs as well for the size range.  Also with RF I think you can also hook the NES up that way, right?

Word of warning though, on big LCD TV's older system games look like crap :P  Unless you go back to NES games, then well, that's just the way they looked.  But games such as FFVIII that I remember as being gorgeous games looked like utter shit on my 32" and now look even worse on the 46" :)

If you're just looking for something to play games on you may want to look at getting a monitor. It  would be significantly cheaper and just as good for games.

Find a monitor with multiple inputs so that he does not need to unplug/replug all the time ;)
