Sorry. The XBox 360 isn't going to do well based on their name (X = no/bad. Try selling a "crap box" in NA, won't do well) and the game style. The games are Western, not casual, and not big publisher name.
Microsoft will need a truly innovative game to break in. They need a "must have" game that has international appeal. Super Mario Brothers put Nintendo on the map. The Playstation gained momentum thanks to Nintendo + Sega's mistakes, but Final Fantasy 7 pushed them over the edge. Microsoft doesn't have a heavy hitter like that.
Next generation, Microsoft needs a better console name, needs to understand the Japanese culture, and needs a mass-market game to give them the umph required to break into Japanese mainstream.
