not the fact that people just bought the move controller since having the PS eye camera just for the sake of it. If i had an PSeye camera i would buy the move controller since its like cheap and there are heaps of hybrids comming out and its easy to just have it.

I would believe there would be alot of them. So 500k in around 2 weeks is great, it will past a million in 4 weeks and hit 2 million by the end of the holidays. and k3 and s4 next year will differently boost sales of Move to 3 million by Q2 2011, and 5 million by the end of 2011. 

those are my predictions.

Also i wonder how much of EMEA slowdown is due to bad availability.

I was looking to buy second controler to my starter set but almost noone sells them below RRP now and some shops are even selling Stand alone controler for more than Sony suggested price (they sell it for 45 euros when i bough starter for 50)

there must be low stocks and high demand for that to happen. 

it should be already over 500k now according to my calculations http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=117099, add possible move sales of around 80k-100k(max) for this week and it should push move sales to around 540, 786k - 560, 786k(max)

Obviously Sony is leading a zero-stock policy: I wanted to buy a seond PS move and I made many differnt GameShop during a week before I find one. And the one where I find it only have ONE PSmove Which they receive the morning.

It means that Sony could sell more PSmove if they produce them more massivly. I don't understand this policy.....

I just tried to buy a second Move controller.  It's sold out everywhere.  Even on Amazon, most of the retailers are listing it as "available in 2 to 4 weeks", or are selling it for around $75.  I called a number of local stores, and again, all sold out.  Toys'R'Us says they have it in stock, so I ordered, it but I'm expecting a 'backordered' e-mail (and subsequent order cancellation).  

Sony could be selling these buy the truckload (at least for a little while longer) if they actually had any.  

i'm not going to lie, half a million is pretty disappointing numbers.  i was really hoping this thing would take off.

500k are good sales. I think that Time Crisis and The Shoot  will  help to increase the move sales.
