Dude definitely inFamous it might be one of the best open world games that let you shoot lighting like if it was a gun, as a God of War fan I encourage you to buy the God of War Collection so you can get pratice before you play his its son Castlevania.

Well I've already got the GoW collection and Oblivion and Folklore. I went on bestbuy's website and Valkyria Chronicles wasn't listed! I might be able to find it in store but it wasn't on the website and I have to buy it online :(. Plus it's only $20 at Amazon so I might go for that. So I might end up buying Demon's Souls and borrowing InFamous. Anyways thanks for the suggestions guys.
