I dont think so because MS was well within their rights to do what they did with the non-licensed memory cards

So they must have won that lawsuit then?

My cross battle adapter 2.0 works fine after the 3.50 update. So YES, you can use a wired xbox 360 controller on the PS3.

You cannot even use some PS3 controllers with a PS3.  I wouldn't put any hope in Sony stopping the Xbox 360 controllers.
