Sell it now, i don't think region locking is from PSN server but more of the region on the disk, i had WWE before and wanted to play online with my friend but i couldn't on ALL accounts because my version was Europe and his was US one.

thats new zealand $ thoguh but thats $90 u.s so i either buy from playasia.com or ebay or get stuff second hand from trademe our ebay like site

in AUS the games are $110 AUD and guess what, the AUD is 99 US Cents(could past the USD) hopefully the change it down for next year games.

PS3 isn't region locked but the EA severs are which stupid.

Buy Single player games from Asia but for Multiplayer stick with the extremely overpriced games.

they say its high risk, yea right thats an lame excuse. Dont stock to many games by small if they sell out then yea buy more, and we have like 1 million PS3 in Aus, 1 million 360s and around 2-3 million wii's and we by so many electronics Japan's companies love us here and gives us cheap tvs now. But not games no no no they have to screw us constantly.

Buy from Asia f online

Of Course That's Just My Opinion, I Could Be Wrong

oh btw

create an Hong Kong or Singapore or Malaysian account, they are all English speaking Asian countries

Of Course That's Just My Opinion, I Could Be Wrong

EAGames , UbiSoft and many other publishers are trying increasingly to region lock their software. Nintendo for example actually tries to ban importing the games. Its all economics they want to sell you the software locally for many reasons. One of the biggest is if they don't make money bringing the game to your country then they need to boost prices for everyone else. Its not cheap to sell your products in every individual country this costs money and each branch needs to be able to generate profit.

Example if everyone imports their games, why should the publisher localize anything? If publishers stop localizing products which products are left to be sold in your countries retail outlets. In the end a major reason software is so much more expensive is because their isn't as big of a population in your country, so the publisher needs to sell the software higher to make back a profit.

Many other reasons too, I'd suggest you buy your products locally. If your too poor then maybe import them but understand that the publisher shouldn't provide you services you don't pay for. Why provide you with online localized to your region if you didn't pay for localization (Some of that extra cost goes to providing services to your region).
