download the demo and find out, you should be fine to run on mid-high to high depending on resolution, anti-aliasing and whether you like to have a high frame rate (higher than 30fps which is what most console games run at), I played COD4 on machine with similar specs than what you have (4670, duel core @ 2.7, 2GB ram) on high from memory.
