300,000 sales of this "ground breaking" add on aint going to shake the world to its foundations like the Wii has. Goes to show the move and soon kinect are just hype that will come with a mediocre product. Copying doesn't pay, cashing in on the Wii thats all it is

What?
Thats got nothing to do with this.
I just was showing that the PlayStation move can display 16 million colours, which is amazing.
I have said nothing about sales, nor the effect it has.
So if you would kindly edit all that out, since it has nothing to do with this.

Of course it's better than the Wii Motion Plus.  If you don't attach it to a Wii Remote, the Wii Motion Plus doesn't do shit.

It's because of your thread's title. Some people will just read the title and then write their opinion on that, not the actual post (since they haven't read your post).

Currently Playing: Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked, Professor Layton and the Curious Village

Anticipating: Xenoblade, The Last Story, Mario Kart 7, Rayman Origins, Zelda SS, Crush3D, Tales of the Abyss 3DS, MGS:Snake Eater 3DS, RE:Revelations, Time Travellers, Professor Layton vs. Ace Attorney, Luigi's Mansion 2, MH TriG, DQ Monsters, Heroes of Ruin

I suspect this thread is a joke, however 16 million colours isn't particularly amazing.... your computer screen can display the same amount of colours (16 to the power of 6 = 16,777,216 colours) on any of it's pixels. (unless you have a 20 y.o monitor)

So Wii Motion Plus doesn't display any colours?!
Ill update the thread.

So this topic is just reiterating that the ps move is just a gimmick

Wii Motion Plus contains every conceivable color in the spectrum. Billions and Billions of them, all at once.

And all colors mixed together results in plain white?

I think it would be an unpleasant brownish-gray.

It depends if you are using additive or subtractive colours.

If you're using additive (ie looking at lots of different LEDs of different colours) then the colours all hit and just smear into the gross brown.

If you're using subtractive (ie looking at a white light through multiple stacked of sheets of different coloured cellophane) , then all wavelengths of light will be absorbed and you will see black

This post brought to you by unnecessary use of physics.

thats a butt load of colors

Man, I learned back in fourth grade that additive colors of light come otgether to make white, not brown. Shine light of every conceivable color on one spot, and the spot will have white light shining on it.

Mixing pigments together would result in a brown or black, though I forget which
