Have you jumped at all recently? Alot of people have a fun time moving their bodies in new ways and being active. Being active can release endorphins for some people giving them a sort of high also. And they are not just jumping, they are jumping wile playing a gamme for entertainment, its a combination of jumping, and accomlishing something in game. Sometime its just fun being goofy.

innovative in the sense that the technology has already been presented to the mainstream gaming market...

kinect has yet to show anything superior to what the eyetoy has been doing on the PS2, and what the PS EYE is doing or will be doing in the future on the ps3 combined with the PS move.

Microsoft WILL advertise it like it's a completely new experience never before seen in the technology world, but as a gamer, I know for a fact kinect isn't new technology, but more advanced technology on an add on device that did very well on the PS2, but not so well on the ps3 install base.

I backed off on halo reach, when everyone if not most of all 360 only owners were shouting it as the best looking game on a console, and the most technically advanved game on a console, and now you guys do it again with KINECT. It will sell millions, but it is NOT impressive, or a revolution in technology as microsoft and 360 gamers continue to try and make people believe.

It is innovative Leo, you're just making yourself sound in complete denial. Perhaps I could recommend you read the following: http://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/british/innovative

Secondly don't try and paint a picture that 360 posters are hyping this up on here, there are far more haters posting threads with their sad little agendas. If you get enough troll topics on ta subject then of course you'll get the more extreme posters responding frequently.

Agreed . I've never seen such a combined efford to bash something. Judging by the gamespot/eb games and the amazon best seller charts it seems that , almost a month before release, kinect is on fire...
