@jadedx  well like you just said 2010, thats recent history and thats what im going by, but if you know something I dont and they do have more to offer that Gears and some Kinect stuff, id love to know about it. Cause you cant deny up to know they have been very mum on 2011 in general,

You have just proved my point. MS is usually mum on games for tthe next year since they want to focus on the current year's games so they can sell more. 2010 was a fluke, most of the games in 2010 were just delayed 2009 releases. Hell Gears 3 was supposed to be a 2010 release.

Hell yeah, that would be well worth it to me. I could end up liking that better than Gears 3 anyway. 

Look at the bright side, as others have said, the delay will probably result in a better game.

@jadedx why would they be mum unless they had something to show??? that doesnt benefit them in anyway by saying "surprise" such such in coming out in a few months. Why give the comp. ahead start in that regard??? I still think that they dont got nothing, but hell I could be wrong will find out in a few months 

You not understanding the whys and hows of the way MS does things is irrelevant. Jadedx is just saying that MS is known to do things that way.

You're still dont get it, MS has been doing this since 06, and its been working very well. By focusing only on their fall lineup the games sell much better. When the new year starts MS starts announcing games; two examples are Gears 2 @GDC 08, and Forza 3 @e309.

okay, I do get it. but im not a fortune teller Im only going by the info I have right know.  How do you know for sure that MS has more stuff coming. YOu cant, unless you work for them. Ill say it again we have to wait and see, but whats happens when January comes and goes in Vegas and we just see more Kinect stuff??? Not flaming, just a question

How do I know? Years of watching MS. What if they announce more Kinect games? Great, more games for me to play.

Oh yeah totally right? Yeah they're gonna finish it by March and then just let it sit around until Christmas.

I don't know about anyone else but I'm not so much of an idiot to understand that the longer it takes to put product out in this industry the more dev time is integrated within it. Sure it was a business decision but I'm still glad because that gives them another 6 months to work on it.

So, judging by this "MS only annouces stuff the year they are released" we can tell they won't have any non-kinect before E3
