Now i just need Sony to announce Uncharted 3 for next Holiday too and then my TPS games are covered next year. Plus it would give this site some good traffic for showdowns/comparisons.

OT Maybe MS thinks Sony will drop to $199 next fall and this is a counter to that?   You know MS, always thinking ahead.

Gears 3 wont be on pc, epic made it clear why they didnt put gears 2 on pc, piracy.

I know Gears would outsell either of those games, but the rivalry is always fun.

Good, I can wait as long as it takes for them to actually make a solid game. The last two weren't solid but flawed in ways that potentially could have been fixed with more time and now that G3 is delayed lets hope this intices them to release an over-the-top quality game. So much potential for this burdened series just makes me kwy.
