Shadow of the Colossus has amazing music, though I didn't really like the music of the final boss much....And since MGS4 has been taken care of,

GoW 2 - absolutely awesome

GoW 3 - 2.04 to 2.16; the single most epic 12 seconds of this generation.

I won't post any vids or links (too lazy), but here's some good ones:

Mother 3's final battle. It's incredibly distorted, chaotic, and intense. The first time I heard it, I was put in a state of permanent suspense because I kept wanting it to establish some form of coherency but it never does.

Golden Sun: The Lost Age's final battle, especially the Brawl remix. Just a solid example of great composition.

Vs. Marx in Kirby Super Star Ultra drove me nuts after awhile because I was trying to figure out its time signature (3/8 with occasional 5/8 measures).

FF X-2 has ALOT of awesome pieces of music that went unnoticed.
