And a bit more interesting. To me (on its own at least) The Signal felt like it was simply made to be the piece of free DLC for people who had bought new copies and didnt really add much to the game collectively (kinda like the free copies of Guitar Hero Van Halen with Guitar Hero 5)

Maybe The Writer will change my mind, ill have to wait and see.
