I was playing RE5 vs mode last night with my friend and this guy was talking so much shit to the point where I got off the phone with my friend to turn on my mic and tell him to stfu (we talk on the phone so no one can hear our strategy). Then he starts calling me fag and what not (at this point i'm hunting him down and killing him left and right lol), I tell him just to stfu and take his beating like a man and then he says this "are you a nigger? You sound like a nigger." and I'm like wtf. At this point I get a little mad because I can tolerate trash talk but there is a line that a person should not cross, he then says "since your a nigger your life sucks anyway and the ps3 is as good as it gets for you", at this point the match has come to an end (75,000 to 12,000 ish) and I boot him. He then start sending me messages and that point I use the report and he is moved to the block list. So what happens after that? Does he get banned right away or does he have to get reported a certain amount of times? I have never reported anyone before but this jackass pushed me to it, no one should have to deal with crap like that.

Sometimes they will be banned, but most of the time nothing happens to them until they get a few reports against them.  I have reported people before only to find out nothing happened to them,  but when he got multiple reports against him he was banned.

I didn't even know you can submit a grief reprt on the PS3. Is this new?
