Well, IGN does have that IGN Xbox insider thing or whatever it's called on XBL, so I wouldn't be surprised if there was some bias in a lot of their opinions. But I was thinking the same thing; they do seem to be a little too obvious with their favoritism.

Well the only 10s ign gave this gen was for PS3 games i think. MGS4 right? Xbox live is just too powerful and i think thats why many reviewers like xbox 360.

This is nothing new, it has gotten better though, even on the Wii front, but complaining about it is not going change much. Its about as futile as people complaining about poor 3rd party support on Wii. Crap aint gonna change
