The US unemployment rate of 9.6% needs to drop. The struggling US domestic economy needs to improve. It looks like another no job economic recovery just like the early 80's and mid 70s recessions.

The last recession was between Dec. 2007 to Jun. 2009: 18 months- the  longest since World War II.

Despite the economic recession being declared over by the Banks and Wall Street Traders: high rates of underemployment and unemployment and high rates of poverty in America remain growing concerns.

The unemployment rate of 9.6%, meanwhile, remains stuck near a 27 year high. And more than 16% of all working-age Americans lack a good job when the data includes people who have given up looking for work or who can only find a part-time job.

Good news, though I cant say that I've felt it yet :)

I hope its a speedy recovery.  I also hope people remember how hated Obama is right now and compare that to how we feel about him in 2012.  Everybody hated Reagan during the 1982 recession, but he recovered from that and elevated to legendary status, so Obama still has a chance...

And Reagan also ballooned the deficit in his day to unprecedented levels, too.

Odd paralells, given that Reaganauts and Obamaniacs tend to hate one another quite severely.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

Obama can't do what Reagan did because now people are conscious of the balooning deficit. Obama doesn't seem to mind, however, so he continues to spend.
