If motion controls were the end all be all then the move since it's a Wii but slightly more advanced. But motion controllers were never a deciding factor for me so I'd get wii since I love nintendo games and it's cheap then get the movefor HD exclusives then kinect sometime down the road. Sorta like what I did the frist time.

Around the Network

This isn't a hard question for me to asnwet at all.

I guess this would be easier if I broke each gaming system up into their own parts.

Wii

I noticed a lot of people are going for the Wii because of it's years worth of games, which in my opinion, aren't much to hoot and holler about. Maybe that's because I'm not really a fan of the types of games on the system, which is just my personal preference.

While the Wii does have a loaded library, the Wii doesn't get that many multiplatform games and when it does, they always seem to be watered down or completely different than the versions on the other systems.

Xbox 360

Almost every video I've seen of Kinect has been horrible, from the games to the way it functions. Hell, they even staged their demos at E3. I would like to see one real video of Kinect functioning, not lagging, and a game that's worth playing. I think that speaks for me.

Playstation 3

I think the price of the PS3 bundled with the Move is way too overpriced, and Sony should have thought better about that, especially since the holidays are right around the corner. I think if people do pass on the PS3 this year, it's going to be because of it's price and they'll most likely get a Wii.

I know Move's library is still slim at the moment, but I think it's going to have games with motion controls that are actually worth playing and have depth. I like that you're not playing as one character in every game and there is more variety, unlike the Wii, where you play as a Mii character almost half of the time.

Powerful system, graphics, and strong devs = Really good motion controled games.

The fundamental flaw here imo is that userbase is going to hold back ground up Move games.  What I see for it in the future 3rd party wise is mostly up-ported Wii games and traditional games already on or headed to PS3 with adapted control schemes... The PS3's library having more "variety" than Wii (which is very arguable anyway) is rooted in it being one of the target platforms for multiplatform R&D between the HD trifecta (360/PC/PS3).  Move doesn't have that, so it's not likely to really benefit from the same sort of development priority PS3 did on it's own.  Imagine what the PS3 library would look like if the 360/PC markets didn't exist, that's probably what you can expect for Move support.

Well I got Move on Saturday....4 Move controllers, Eye, Sports Champions, and Start The Party.....I love all of it, personally...The accuracy is amazing...I find that as long as you don't move too much from where you originally calibrated while playing a particular type of game in Sports Champions, it doesn't ask you to calibrate for a long time again, I played like 2 hours of Archery without calibrating...and even if it does ask me, it's pretty much down to a 2 second or less process...My family loves it, I love it, and it was worth the purchase for me, I'd buy 2 more controllers for another one of my playstations if I had the money currently...Woo for target giftcards...

Just waiting for that PS Vita to come out so I can play some full featured games on the go with that beautiful screen and control scheme...
