Reviews are very helpful , it the scores by themselves that a little misreading. I'm one who totally ignores 100% and read the lower reviews. Even the lower score reviews has a lot of good to say about Reach which is a good sign. It's was the lower score reviews (totally ignore the 100% scores)that help me decided to buy 360 for Forza 3. One reviewer gave Forza 3 a lower score because the races lengths after season 4 took 15-30 minutes  to complete. This is when I decide to buy FM3.

This game is going to win a good number of GOTY's but I think this year the spoils will be shared among a few games, unlike last year's lopsided affair. 360 console exclusive exclusive exclusive (ME2 [still a console exclusive for the purposes of 2010 GOTY) H:R), in addition to RDR may get 360 the most GOTYs for 2010.


I think for every GOTY award RDR wins, I'll bang my head against the wall one time. That game is not that good.

Halo : Reach is currently at a 93 at Metacritic. But damn, I didn't expect so many reviews to be under 9.



Who's the best Pac, Nas, and Big. Just leave it to that.

A lot has changed in three years, Halo 3 was great back then but during that time, other FPS's have come and done some great thing's, so Halo: Reach has more competition now with recently released titles.

You and Iwar missed the part I left in the quote. Personally, I dont have any problem with low score, like the 7 the campaing got. I have problem when the score isnt consequent with the review. I know its relative, but his multiplayer part dont even mention a negative aspect. Hes really praising it all the way. Did you read it?

When you average all 36 of the ratings on the OP, you get 93.7 which would be rounded to 94. I would be completley happy with Reach getting a 94 considering thats what Halo 3 got.

Buddy you have some problems you need to work on. People are allowed to have different opinions. Also you haven't even played the game yet as it isn't out so HOW do YOU know it is a 10? Just because the guy doesn't give Halo a 10 doesn't mean that he is a troll that just hates Halo.

The review's really aren't that surprising. Everybody know's it's going to be a great game. This is the only Xbox360 game,that I'm getting this year. I'll have this game in 2 days. lol

Well, it only has 27 reviews, it can go up too. I think it will get plenty of perfect scores to keep it well in the 90's. The problem with the superhyped games is we only know how good this game is until months from now, once the hype goes down.
