I saw it earlier today and was very pleassed with most of it, the only part I didn't like is when Wesker had the plaga come out of his mouth. The fight scene with Wesker, Chris and Claire was exactly like when Wesker fought Chris and Sheva in Re5 before you have to inject him...that was awesome. I also love the scene in the middle of the credits.

no will see it soon though seen all the other ones even that CGI movie that came out on DVD last year glad you liked it

To be honest guys, they actually put game plot into this movie. I came with the mind set of it being a shitty movie but... it was actually good. Not joking either! Sure, there was a bunch of slow-motion abuse, but that Wesker fight at the end was pretty epic. Also, Milla!

I really loved the glass effects whenever they were in an Umbrella area and I also loved the water/metal reflections. That was really well done in 3D.

I'll probably see it eventually, but I don't really want to. The Resident Evil films are all so bad, and from the reviews on metacritic it doesn't look like this one is any good either.

I think that's why it was so good, the onl issue is that Wesker knew Chris and Claire  but that was never mentioned in the last movie...thought that was weird.

All I have to say is... Thanks the heavens that the plot from the movies is not part of the official canon!

I liked that it actually took from the games, but some of the things were just lame. The spider things were just plain stupid. Also, another chief complaint is that a lot of the characters were just saying what was happening, like I couldn't see it for myself.

I also did not like the behemoth.

However, the first 10-20 minutes was amazing and the fight scene with wesker was exceptional.

IMO none of the movies even matches the enjoyment of just one of the games.
