First up is an interview from Sarcastic Gamer with Killzone 3's executive producer:
- Input lag, etc. dealt with.
- Classes totally rebalanced due to the issues Killzone 2 saw later on in its online life. Assault has been completely removed while its abilities have transfered to other classes.
- Spot & Mark now part of the Tactician class instead of the Scout class, which has been renamed the Marksman class.
- Squads upped from four to eight players.
- Working on upping the framerate. 3D SP runs at half the framerate of 2D, and people seem to have no problem with that so far, and apparently they still have plenty of optimizing left to do, plus they need to finish implementing their improved streaming system. It should be a treat for 2D players.
- Load times are significantly reduced.
And now an interview from GameTrailers with Mathis De Jonge discussing the game's Move controls:
- Bounding box is adjustable.
- Auto-aim for Easy Mode. Press the Left Trigger to lock on to the closest enemy within a certain range of your crosshair.
- Gesture controls for reloading, etc.
