Ever since I got the game I've been having recurring sexual dreams about Samus. Which would have been all fine and dandy but she's still in her power suit. At first I thought it was funny the first time but this is the third dream now. What should I do?

Yes, should keep playing and finish the game.

Dreams, are manifestation of the subconsious, and they usually represent an unsatisfied desire, your brain its only using your most recent experiences (playing the game) to create the dream, even if you stop playing you might keep having those kind of dreams, only the background will change to something else (a differente game, something that you read, your working/studying partners, etc).
