Judge finally ruled don't ask don't tell unconstutional.
They botched which ammendment makes it unconstutional in my opinion, but at least they got the right result.
16 is legal in canada. of course, sodomy is illegal for those under 19(and if there is more than 2 people in the room). which, imo, only makes it all the more fun for them.
