already expected...the same old story..with all the huge chunk coming from Americas. HALO can't get bigger anymore there...and who gives a damn abt whether it did/didn't surpass all PS3 exclusives as long as the same userbase fans embrace it...its abt time these fans begin to embrace something else instead of repetitive iterations, Do Microsoft want more of them coming since 360 thrives on it? I think Wii and PS3 aren't as desperate...

Halo by far is succesful in its own right, and every halo has brought something new to the table. Why should its fans not be proud of the numbers and accoplishments its recieved?
And are you sure thats what they were saying? What you said and what they wrote seem really different. Seems more like he was trying to bash halo and the xbox.
I would assume most people on a video games SALES site care about the numbers somewhat, if not why not go to a page that caters to only gamers?

iHugi typically bashes PS3 whenever he can one way by using numbers. GameAnalyser was just bringing some reality to him by painting the bigger picture.

How is he placing more importance on numbers? This is a sales site, if you like a game and think it will do well why not make a thread about? How does that detract from the awesomeness that is halo? Can't you enjoy a game and brag about how many other people also like it enough to buy it? Bungie has always inovated in their halo titles, they are not milked, and they are not exact replicas of each other (although they all have that same Halo feel) they all play different and feel a little different. Why hate on such a great game?

No hate here. Check my praises on the Reach sales. But maybe you should send part of your message to iHuGi because he hates on PS3. But maybe you won't because he hate the PS3...
