How has that shop not been shut down? Actually, I suppose it depends on the country. Less likely to draw attention in a place like Brazil than in say the Uk. Although I dont know where you live.

(having looked at your profile) I wouldnt have thought that such a shop would exist in the UK, although its probably because either no ones bothered to report it or it hasnt attracted attention to itself.
