The child's name is Ardi Rizal and he is from Sumatra.

I have seen differing YouTube clips of this young guy. At first, I thought it was funny like this video of a smoking chimp:

After further review, what the parents are allowing the child to do is clearly child abuse as you can see the effects of smoking on the toddler with him being obese and the health problems that will ensue by the time he reaches age 10.

this is old news, from memory i think they said they let him smoke because he doesnt yell lol. If they try to stop him he makes a lot of noise.
