Forums - Gaming - Which DSL plan is best for online gaming?

I don't want to hear "Blah Blah Comcast, Blah Blah FIOS", I'm stuck with AT&T at the moment(and I had comcast once, which sucked). When I moved I had to downgrade my internet to Basic, and it couldn't do anything so I stole my neighbors for a month. That neighbor has now moved out and I no real working internet. It's too bad that I can't even play a custom game of Halo 3 or download the updates for Marvel Vs Capcom 2. I went on the website and I found a comparison chart. I need somebody to tell me the best-medium plan I can get. I don't care if I'm not hosting a game, I just don't want to constantly lag out. These are the choices:

My connection has some terrible speed like Under 100kbps downloads and 60kbps uploads. Which should I get? I want to actually be able to play Team Fortress 2 again and Halo Reach when it comes out.

Damn your first sentance. I was going to say "The one that involves a cable modem." lol

But you want the best download and upload speeds as possible.

EDIT: yeah the $20 one is the one I'd get.

Problem is it'd be 40$ for me, is there a big difference between the next best plan on there?

The download speed is twice as fast according to those best case scenario. To me that's worth the small difference in cost.
