I will be 18 on the 15th September and my birthday will be even better if Level-5 announce Dark Cloud 3 or an RPG collaboration with Nintendo

The secret Level-5 game won't be related to Sony IPs (Dark Cloud included) or Dragon Quest... those games wouldn't be at L5's TGS booth.

I suspect it might be the formal coming out party for Inazuma Eleven Wii.  The game's rumored to be coming in December with the IE movie release, and going by Hino's comments it's pretty far along already.

I also kinda wonder what happened to Brownie Brown's Fantasy Life?  Moved to 3DS?

Couldn't it also be an official unveiling of the 3DS version of Professor Layton?

That was already officially unveiled.  And looking at the various publisher TGS lineups, it looks like everyone's saving their 3DS games for Nintendo's fall conference 2 weeks later... Level-5, Konami, Sega and Tecmo Koei all have no 3DS games for TGS thus far, despite the fact that collectively between them, we know of about 14 games coming already. :/

Now that you mention it, you're right! no 3ds games....so they're saving them for the big revealing of 3ds with hopefully the official date and all...

Speaking of Sega does anyone know anything about Dreamcast classics coming to PSN & Xbox Live, havent heard about those in a while, arnt they meant to be launching next week or the week after??

Still tba afaik.  The XBLA versions at least of Sonic Adventure and Crazy Taxi are 100% complete, and have been on partnernet for awhile now iirc.
